While today is usually a day reserved for Football, it’s often great to look back and see really how blessed we are with sports. While we could have teams like Dallas(supposed America’s team, terrible IMO), or dare I say it Cleveland, who haven’t won anything important in recent years. We are blessed as Pittsburgh fans to have two championship caliber teams in the Steelers and in the Penguins. Both teams have excelled beyond belief and it’s a very proud feeling for them to share the same feelings as us.
Work hard and whatever comes be prepared for it. I still haven’t been able to wrap my head around how the Penguins came from out of the play-off run to Stanley cup champions in a little less than a 5 month span. It’s really unbelievable. For the Steelers, it’s just amazing to be able to watch an orginaztion dominate everything from free agency to draft day, to who plays on the field during game days. Be proud Pittsburgh, we work hard, we drink hard, and we win hard!
