I want you to sit down, and spend roughly three minutes of your time watching one of the Pirates 2010 Draft Picks throwing 101 mph. That’s right, 101 Miles Per Hour. Did I mention that he’s 18 years old? Seeing a teenager being able to hit 101 is pretty incredible.
Sure, all that hype being said and he’s still basically one throw away from Tommy John’s Surgery, but you never know. Sometimes the Pirates and the player’s themselves need to get lucky in keeping their arms intact. I do however, want you to watch this video and see who the Pirates didn’t pass up on. You just never know I guess, with a little bit of luck and advanced progression you could be seeing this kid in the majors by 2012-2013.
