I’ve got a report here saying that the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, has won various awards from Casino Player Magazine.Supposedly, the biggest award for Pennsylvania was the Best Overall Gaming Resort, and The Rivers Casino took it home.

Along with the “Best Overall Gaming Resort In PA,”  The Rivers Casino took home 18 awards in the readers “best of gaming poll.”  Some of those awards are:

• Best Casino
• Best Players Club
• Casino You Feel Luckiest
• Best Nightclub – Drum Bar
• Best Bar/Lounge – Spiral Bar
• Best Steakhouse – Andrew’s Steak and Seafood
• Best Buffet – Grand View Buffet

Well that’s just spectacular, however I wonder if this is actually prior to table games being involved or not.  I can certainly see how the restaurants won as well, some of that food is just spectacular, and while I’ve never had the buffet there, I hear good things about it routinely.

This is a little excerpt from the BusinessWire article, and it even mentions the second and third place awards the Rivers Casino took home:

Good deals all around I guess.  I’ve been there at least twice, and I’ve had a good experience both times.
