So after all this, mudslinging and whatnot. Big Ben Roethlisberger's accuser offers to settle the lawsuit charged against him for sexual assault. If anything, at this point in time, it shows that this person in question is and seems mentally unstable. Either way, it's a shame that if this isn't true at all.
